YIN GIN

A real highlight is the in-house YIN GIN, developed by Stefan Liebmann.
The name is a homage to his study period in Innsbruck and Thailand – because „Yin“ means gin in Thai.
The result: a exotically fresh gin with fine citrus notes, inspired by distant travels and deep passion für craftsmanship.
A sip of YIN GIN erzählt stories – of friendship, adventure and love for detail.

Not only gin is created equal .

In the tasting, you will get to know the diversity of the gin world.

London (Dry) Gin

A real classic among gin varieties is London (Dry) Gin. This is convincing due to its dominant juniper aroma and is therefore highly suitable for cocktail creations. The production of this variety is subject to strict rules.

Dry Gin

Another well-known gin variety is Dry Gin. This is a rather dry gin. In addition, unsweetened, plant-based ingredients, as well as artificial additives and dyes, may be added.

Old Tom Gin

The Old Tom Gin contains additional sugar and thus offers a complex taste experience. On the palate, you taste the typical juniper note, as well as fruity accents of berries, apricot and citrus fruits.

Sloe Gin

A fruity variant among the gin types is Sloe Gin. Strictly speaking, it's not a gin, but rather a liqueur. This type is flavored with sloe berries and sugar and served as a fruity cocktail.

New Western Dry Gin

Under this name, a whole range of gins is gathered, which stand out due to their extraordinary botanicals. The juniper aroma takes a back seat in this type. Likewise, there are no strict regulations for the production.

Plymouth Gin

The place in the name is a protected designation of origin. Consequently, Plymouth Gin may only be produced in this English town. It convinces with its sweet and fruity taste and its earthy nuances.

Gin de Mahón

This designation is also a protected designation of origin. This gin originates from the Spanish island of Menorca, where this type of gin is still traditionally produced today. The juniper note is in the foreground here.

Cream Gin

In addition to some official gin varieties, many other varieties have become established. These have the advantage that they have no strict specifications. Cream Gin is a creation with cream and sugar, which is made on the basis of London Dry Gin.

How to Gin properly genießt

Gin is as versatile as its enthusiasts – neat, in a long drink, or in a cocktail.
The aromas develop best in a bulbous glass filled with ice. Whether garnished with cucumber, herbs, or citrus zest – anything that tastes good is allowed.
The only important thing is to take your time, savor the experience, and remain curious.
