Cancellation terms
Room Reservations
- Up to 15 days before your arrival date, cancellation is free of charge.
- For further cancellations, we charge the following fees for the booked arrangements:
- 14 – 7 days prior to your arrival: 50%
- 6 – 2 days before your arrival: 75%
- 1 day before your arrival: 100%
Cancellations are accepted only in writing without exception.
Group travel
- Up to 60 days before your event, cancellation is free of charge.
- For further cancellations, we charge the following fees for the booked arrangements:
- 59 days to 29 days before your event starts: 30%
- 28 days to 15 days before your event starts: 50%
- 14 days or less before the event starts: 100%
- Cancellations are accepted only in writing without exception.
Seminars
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to your event.
- For further cancellations, we charge the following fees for the booked
- Services:
- 29 days to 15 days before your event starts: 30%
- 14 days to 3 days before your event starts: 50%
- 2 days or less before the event starts: 100%
If you cancel booked rooms:
- Up to 15 days before your event, cancellation is free of charge.
- For further cancellations, we charge the following fees for the booked services:
- 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 30%
- 7 days to 2 days before arrival: 50%
- 1 day or less before arrival: 100%
- Please notify us of your cancellation in writing without exception.
